Case study: a booking site and assistant for Marina Physio
Fewer phone calls, more online bookings, and a front desk that gets to look up. What we built and what changed.

Marina Physio is a four-therapist clinic. Their front desk was spending most of the day on the phone answering the same questions: opening hours, prices, parking, which insurers they take.
What we built
- A six page site: home, services, team, prices, FAQ, contact.
- Online booking through Calendly, one link per therapist.
- An AI assistant trained on the clinic's own FAQ and price list, with a hand-off to the front desk.
What changed
Routine phone calls dropped by about two thirds within a month. Online bookings grew to roughly a third of all appointments. The front desk now spends its time on patients in the room.
What we got wrong
The first version of the assistant was too eager and tried to answer clinical questions. We rewrote its rules so it refuses anything medical and offers to pass the question on. Worth saying: the rules matter more than the model.
Numbers
| Before | After, month two | |
|---|---|---|
| Routine calls a day | About 40 | About 12 |
| Bookings online | None | About a third |
