Care plan
Updates, backups, a monthly check and small changes for a flat monthly fee. Month to month, no lock-in.
A website is software. It needs updates, it needs backups, and once in a while it needs a person who knows it to look at it. The care plan is that, for a flat monthly fee.
What is included
- Updates to the platform and its dependencies, tested before they go live.
- Daily backups kept for 30 days, with a restore tested every quarter.
- A monthly check: speed, broken links, forms, booking, search ranking for your main terms.
- Small changes: up to two hours a month of content and layout changes you would rather not do yourself.
- Someone to call when something looks wrong, with a same-day reply on working days.
- A monthly note saying what we did and what we noticed.
What is not included
New pages beyond the two hours, new features, redesigns and new automations. Those are quoted separately; retainer clients get them at the retainer rate.
